What Does A Veterinary Technician Do?
Veterinary technologists/technicians assist veterinarians with the diagnosis and treatment of sick or injured animals. This may include bathing, restraining, and euthanizing animals. 🙁 It also may involve taking samples of blood, urine, or tissue and analyzing them in the lab.

How Do I Become A Veterinary Technician?
Completing a college program in veterinary technology is required – a two-year program is required for technicians, and a four-year bachelor’s degree program for technologists. In addition, students may be required to pass a licensure exam after graduation.
