What are Essential Skills?

These Essential Skills have often been called “soft skills,” but they really are essential!  Employers today often complain that new graduates are deficient in all of these areas; so, make sure you are not!  Each of these short videos is meant to get you thinking about your own behavior.  How can you improve in each of these areas?
