Marketing (MS)

What is A Marketing (MS) Degree?

Marketing involves managing relationships with customers.  It’s not just about selling your product or service, but also about figuring out what customers and clients want and need in the first place. It also involves deciding which customers you want to serve and how best to do that. Many MS degree programs require you to have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing before applying, although more and more schools will admit candidates with any Bachelor’s degree who want to transition into the marketing field.

You’ll take advanced courses like Marketing Management, Marketing Analytics, Electronic Marketing, Sales, Advertising, and Consumer Behavior.  With the MS degree in Marketing you’ll be ready to jump into various management positions like Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, Advertising Manager, Media Planner, and Public Relations Director.
