What is A Communication Arts, Telecommunication and Film (BA) Degree?

Communication Arts looks at various kinds of communications between people, between cultures, and between organizations done through journalism, media outlets, TV, public relations, advertising, and all kinds on business communications.  This specialty looks at how to apply communications skills to television, radio, and film production.  This type of program will likely include courses in broadcast management, writing, and television/film production.
